Test Overview
Traitfit Critical Thinking Assessment is amongst the most extensively used assessments for managers and executive officers in the industry. It evaluates one’s thinking capacity by determining one’s reasoning ability rationally through a discussion, understanding one’s thought patterns, and other skills. One may be asked to appraise a situation, identify implications, formulate hypotheses, and weigh in on arguments. This assessment looks at all these things, along with additional things like attention and proactive listening abilities.
