Challenges -

Infini is one of top training institutes and the expected caliber of candidates selected for the program is very high. This was Infini’s First Candidate Selection Drive – Drive for selecting competent civil engineers for the program. They needed to work with an online assessment system in order to identify these high quality engineers to train them in the specialty areas of Construction Project Management.

Key Problems Revolved Around:

  • How to differentiate between the good and the better candidates?
  • Were in need of a Skill focused tests to evaluate candidate’s abilities, behavior and
  • personality traits in the greatest detail?
  • How to deliver these tests – with time and cost efficiency?
  • How to churn out immediate results when the candidates have appeared for the test?

Solutions -

A) Introduced Online Assessments

Saves time, saves logistics, digital documentation of each potential Candidate’s skills. Infini carried out their first round of testing on Campuses and those registered with them remotely and shortlisted on the same day – close to 10% of all the assessed candidates to move to the face to face interview round. This process helped them to reduce time to hire, reduce travel costs and helped save Technical Panel Interview Hours.

B) Wide set of Skills used from Traitfit Question Bank

Traitfit’s content team developed custom content to test every ability and personality trait required for the program. Infini used Traitfit’s pre-canned question banks on Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, Thinking Style, Spatial Reasoning, Leadership Ability, Self Confidence, Motivation etc. to test candidates.

C) Scalability

Infini conducted 300+ assessments over the period of a month across College Campuses – spread all over India.

D) Security

With Traitfit’s web proctoring features and proactive ground support, Infini could confidently conduct the Candidate Selection Drive across India, remotely. First level of filtering, before the face to face interview round was all done online-remotely.
