Journey

10th June is the foundation day when Traitfit was established.

It went on to receive the International Test Commission (ITC) membership in December.

More than 8000 psychometric assessments were conducted across 20+ engineering colleges and universities.

Assessments in the employability domain and stress management solutions is what gained popularity in the market.
February ticked another milestone in Traifit’s journey as it got registered in Startup India 500.

It also became a part of the Association of Test Publishers(ATP).

In the month of October Traitfit 2.0 was upgraded into the system.
NEEM and NAPS programmes under Yuva Shakti Foundation(YSF) where Traitfit provided 20,000+ assessments for recruitment and employability.

Collaboration with MSRDC was one of the big achievements where Traitfit was the well being partner for Competency assessments. Along with this, as an added value Trainings and Interventions were also provided.

Traitfit received the National Career Development Association (NCDA) membership.

 

Traitfit partnered with a lot of corporates this year and gained popularity for its unique corporate solutions.

 

Traitfit was the assessment and interview partner for SBI Foundation. The candidates were assessed on their personality and skills for screening purposes.

 

MSEDCL joined forces with Traitfit for the most effective intervention based assessment program. These programmes focused on areas such as Stress and Time management, Productivity Enhancement etc.

Traitfit had the golden opportunity to exhibit their products and research at the Global AYUSH Investment & Innovation Summit 2022.

A behavioural science laboratory is being established by Traitfit at the Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance(CRISP). This lab will primarily pave the way for top notch research and development of psychometrics and psychology.

Traitfit provided Personality Assessments for 30+employees for SONAI Infrastructure. This helped them to analyse and conduct relevant training sessions.
