JEET(Job & Entrepreneurship Evaluation Test) is a Psychometric Assessment designed and custom developed especially for the Defence Personnel. This test will act as a guide and assist them in choosing their second career pathway. Their cognitive abilities, conflict resolution styles, and personality will be measured through this test. The process will prove to be efficient as it will be assessing their interests through the RIASEC model. This in turn helps them gain an insight about their second life as an employee/entrepreneur. Hence, the test will establish an easier and a systematic pathway for better adaptability and resilience.

The assessment will be carried out in two distinct phases. Phase 1 will include evaluation of the individual’s Occupational Inclinations, while Phase 2 will provide the individual with a wholistic profile of their Abilities, Interests, and Personality, along with best suited Job Recommendations.

JEET Phase 1

RIASEC-B Interest Inventory

RIASEC-B Interest Inventory draws from the Holland’s Theory of Career Choice, The Holland Code.It assesses the individual’s inclination towards certain occupational areas based on their interests.

Instructions:

  • Register for the Phase 1 test (RIASEC-B) and complete it before starting the Phase 2 test (JEET).
  • Use the same Mobile Number for the both Phase 1 and Phase 2 Tests.
  • Make sure to put the correct Email ID in the Personal Details while giving the test.
  • You will receive your reports on the provided Email ID.

JEET emphasizes on providing an individual’s wholistic profile; including their Professional Inclinations, Cognitive and Skill Fitness along with the Personality fitness.

The Test has 3 versions:

The assessment helps the individual understand the areas of improvement and supplies them with a Job Recommendations section. It includes job roles in variety of industries which are best suited for them according to their Abilities, Interests, and Personality traits.

JEET Agneepath

The JEET – Agneepath assessments are specifically curated for young cadets who have relentlessly served in the Indian Army. This assessment will make the young cadets aware about their potential career opportunities. To achieve this, the assessments will be carried out in two phases. The first phase will assess the individual’s Occupational Interest. The second phase will provide the individual career recommendations based on their Abilities, Interests, and Personality.
